This shirt from the WarbirdShirts collection features the Beechcraft T-34 Mentor. As a modification of the Beechcraft Bonanza, this two-seat trainer began service with the United States Air Force in 1953 and the Navy in 1955. In addition to its trainer role, the T-34 has been used by the Civil Air Patrol for search and rescue missions. With over 2000 produced in total, the T-34 has been exported to Argentina, the Phillipines, and nearly two dozen other foreign nations, and it remains in service with the US Air Force and Navy to this day.
